This course will cover recent changes in the HUD home sales program as well as a detailed overview of the HUD home sales program in general. Training will be conducted in the location provided below. Space is limited so please make your reservations well in advance! There is no cost to attend the Training however we do ask that you cancel at least 24 hours in advance if at all possible.

 You will receive a “Confirmation Email” from our office within 24 Hours of your registration. We look forward to your participation!

Registration Instructions for Training Seminars

Please put “Reservation” in the subject line of your email.
In the body of your email please provide the following information:

1. Your First and Last Name
2. The Date of the Class for which you are registering
3. Time of the Class
4. Your Contact Phone Number and Email Address
5. Your Broker Affiliation and the current Brokers'  HUD issued NAID NUMBER.

*Only agents/brokers with an active NAID number will be able to attend our training seminars. If you do not know your NAID number or what a NAID number is please contact our offices at 301-577-1200.

Make sure to bring your Real Estate License Pocket Card with you to the class in order to receive a new HUD key.
